These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Crown Serviced Offices website and related booking services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. General Use
The website is operated by BOXSHALL INDUSTRIES PTY. LTD. (ABN 11 155 742 144) trading as One Crown. Use of this website is subject to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable laws.
2. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise agreed. Prices displayed are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely via Stripe or other nominated platforms. You must provide accurate contact and billing details.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations for day-use bookings (e.g. hot desks, meeting rooms) must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a refund. For long-term memberships or private office bookings, cancellation terms will be stated in your membership agreement. No-shows are non-refundable.
4. Access & Conduct
Entry to premises is via PIN code or access fob issued upon booking confirmation. You agree to use the premises respectfully and in line with our community guidelines. Smoking, illegal activities, and disruptive behaviour are prohibited.
5. Liability
One Crown is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to your property while using our facilities. You agree to indemnify One Crown against any claims arising from your misuse of the space.
6. Changes to Services
We may change pricing, features, or availability of workspaces at any time. Any significant changes affecting ongoing memberships will be communicated via email.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned or licensed by One Crown. You may not reproduce or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.
